5 Reasons Why Disconnecting At Disneyland Can Supercharge Your Creativity and Health
I’m officially OOO and playing with my family for the next 4 days at Disneyland.
We live only 30 minutes away from the resort, but every year we stay at the hotel and do a few days in the park.
Disneyland is special to us. It’s where Chris and I got engaged. And we bought our first home across the street from the back lot. (close enough to watch the fireworks every night 🎇)
And this is the first time were going as a family of 5.
For me, its more than an amusement park and roller coasters. Its a chance to have fun and to truly disconnect.
Walt Disney said, “I don’t want the public to see the world they live in while they’re in Disneyland. I want them to feel they’re in another world.”
Taking time from work to disconnect is important. It helps us in so many ways.
– Improve health – Think more creatively – Reduce stress and avoid burnout – Improve relationships with the people you love
Youll just be happier when you do it. And happy people are more effective at work and home.
I find that at the happiest place on earth.
But you can find it anywhere. At a park, on a walk, in a coffee shop. A day off getting your nails done. Or a night out with friends.
So take time to disconnect. And have fun 😀
