– Innovative and risk-averse 👉 Champion new ideas, but take time to identify risks
– Decisive and open-minded 👉 Make quick decisions with confidence, and still pivot when necessary
– Firm and kind 👉 You can like someone and still make the (correct) decision to fire them
It’s not about being indecisive.
Or a failure to be a consistent leader.
It’s being flexible and strong at the same time.
