Mastering the Art of Intentionality: How Leaders Can Control Change and Achieve Their Goals

There’s no such thing as stagnation.

You’re either moving forward.

Or moving back.

We have goals we want to hit…

– Buy a new house – Make more money – Grow your company – Land that next promotion – Lift more weight at the gym

Let me get one thing clear…

This isn’t an endorsement for the hustle culture

Far from it.

It’s about intentionality.

Life is a stream of change.

Our goals, priorities, and circumstances are in a perpetual state of flux.

– Things come up – Plans change – Priorities shift

You cant avoid it; this is just part of being human.

The key to controlling the direction of change is intentionality.

Every decision, action, or inaction, leads us in a direction…

either closer to or further from our goals.

Every day, every decision, is a chance to advance.

And most of the time in small steps.

The key is the direction, not how fast you move.

As a leader, be intentional with your decisions, and control the change.

And little by little, youll reach your goals.

I met with a group of leaders yesterday and theyre all working towards a goal.

What goal are you working towards?
