Embracing the Uncomfortable: How Leaving my Presidency Will Fuel a Quest to Empower Struggling Leaders
After 7 years, I’m leaving my role as President.
(along with the pay and security that supports my family)
I’m scared. I’m excited. I’m hopeful.
Today is my last day at an amazing company.
Big thank you to everyone at KlientBoost.
Now Im going to be doing something uncomfortable.
But if you know anything about me:
– I thrive on discomfort – I’m passionate about leadership – I’m driven by giving back to others
Now… I’m taking it further.
I want to help more people. (Like a lot more.)
There are way too many stories about awful leadership.
And leaders are losing top talent.
All while they point fingers, make excuses, and lose money.
It doesnt have to be that way.
So, my next project is for you.
Im using my experience to teach struggling leaders.
– Leaders with no training. – Leaders with bad training. – Leaders who just want better.
Its not going to be surface-level training.
(You cant find this on Google or social media.)
We’ll go deep and into the nitty gritty of human behavior.
I cant wait to go on this journey together.
Message me for more details.
P.S. Wish me luck 🍀– this is just the beginning.
