As a leader, things won’t go to plan.

Here’s how you can prepare for this:

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 If you can tamper expectations and invite the unknown, it’s easier to overcome challenges as they come up.

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 The obstacle is the way - Marcus Aurelius (paraphrased). This challenge may open the door for new deals, efficiencies, or growth.

Don’t turn a blind eye to challenges. But staying positive will put you in the right mindset to overcome.
